1.1. CedarMC reserves the right to update, modify or change these Terms at any time.

1.2. Users are responsible for keeping themselves informed of any changes to these Terms.

1.3. CedarMC reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to its services where necessary, subject to applicable law.

1.4. You must not use CedarMC services for unlawful purposes or activities that could damage the network, its community or its reputation.

1.5. These Terms apply to all CedarMC platforms and services, unless otherwise stated.

2.1. All players must follow the official CedarMC server rules.

2.2. Players must not use hacked clients, unauthorised modifications, exploits or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

2.3. Harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

2.4. Exploiting bugs, glitches or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is prohibited. Any discovered issues should be reported to staff.

2.5. Players must not attempt to crash, lag, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the Minecraft server.

2.6. CedarMC staff reserve the right to issue warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans where appropriate.

2.7. Purchased ranks, items, perks and other benefits do not grant immunity from server rules or punishments.

2.8. CedarMC reserves the right to remove or modify gameplay features where necessary for balancing, maintenance or security.

3.1. All purchases made through the official CedarMC store are considered digital purchases.

3.2. Players must ensure that their Minecraft username and any other purchase information are correct before completing an order.

3.3. CedarMC is not responsible for purchases sent to incorrect usernames where the information was entered incorrectly by the customer, although we will consider reasonable requests to correct delivery mistakes.

3.4. All purchases are intended for the account specified during checkout and must not be transferred, sold or exchanged unless CedarMC explicitly permits this.

3.5. Purchased ranks, crate keys, player glows, cosmetics and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value outside the purchase transaction.

3.6. CedarMC reserves the right to modify, rebalance, replace or discontinue virtual items and features where reasonably necessary. We will consider customers' applicable consumer rights when making changes to purchased benefits.

3.7. Prices, descriptions and available products may change at any time. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already placed.

3.8. You must not use fraudulent payment methods or purchase services using another person's payment information without their authorisation.

4.1. Refund requests must be submitted through the official CedarMC support channels.

4.2. Refund requests will be considered individually.

4.3. Where a purchase has not been delivered, CedarMC will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

4.4. Refunds may be considered where a product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description.

4.5. Where applicable, digital content cancellation rights may be affected when the customer expressly consents to immediate supply and acknowledges that their cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, in accordance with UK law.

4.6. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any statutory consumer rights.

4.7. Customers must not submit fraudulent refund requests or payment disputes.

5.1. Customers should contact CedarMC support before initiating a payment dispute so that any issues can be investigated.

5.2. Fraudulent chargebacks, false payment claims or deliberate payment abuse may result in account restrictions or removal of purchased benefits where legally permitted.

5.3. CedarMC reserves the right to provide relevant transaction and delivery evidence when responding to payment disputes.

5.4. Legitimate payment disputes and statutory consumer rights will not be penalised.

6.1. Purchasing a rank, crate key, cosmetic or any other product does not grant permission to break CedarMC rules.

6.2. Players who receive punishments may temporarily or permanently lose access to the server and its features.

6.3. CedarMC will consider refund requests involving banned players in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.

6.4. Attempting to evade punishments through alternate accounts or other methods may result in additional restrictions.

7.1. All members must follow the official Discord server rules.

7.2. Members must not spam, advertise without permission, harass others or disrupt the community.

7.3. Impersonating CedarMC staff, developers or other community members is prohibited.

7.4. Members must not share malicious links, harmful files or content intended to compromise another person's account or device.

7.5. Staff reserve the right to remove messages, issue warnings, mute members or ban accounts where appropriate.

7.6. Access to the Discord server may be restricted or removed at CedarMC's discretion, subject to applicable law.

7.7. All users must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

8.1. The CedarMC Discord bot is provided to support and improve the CedarMC community.

8.2. Users must not exploit, abuse, reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to compromise the bot.

8.3. Users must not attempt to bypass command restrictions, permissions or security measures.

8.4. Server administrators are responsible for the permissions and access they grant to the bot.

8.5. CedarMC reserves the right to add, remove, modify or disable bot commands and features.

8.6. The bot may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance or unexpected errors.

8.7. CedarMC is not responsible for misuse of the bot resulting from permissions granted by individual Discord server administrators.

8.8. The bot must not be used for unlawful activities, harassment, spam or malicious purposes.

9.1. CedarMC may process information necessary to operate its services, provide purchases, manage player accounts, operate the Discord bot and maintain server security.

9.2. Depending on the service, this information may include Minecraft usernames, Discord user IDs, purchase records, server logs and bot command information.

9.3. Information will only be processed for legitimate operational purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

9.4. CedarMC will not intentionally sell users' personal information to third parties.

9.5. Information may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary to operate CedarMC, process payments or comply with legal obligations.

10.1. CedarMC aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10.2. Maintenance, updates, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

10.3. CedarMC reserves the right to temporarily suspend services when necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

10.4. CedarMC does not guarantee that the Minecraft server, Discord bot or store will remain available indefinitely.

10.5. Where a service is discontinued, CedarMC will consider any outstanding contractual obligations and applicable consumer rights.

11.1. CedarMC branding, logos, original graphics, website content and original server-related materials belong to CedarMC or their respective rights holders.

11.2. Users must not copy, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit CedarMC-owned materials without permission.

11.3. Users must not impersonate CedarMC or misrepresent themselves as official representatives.

11.4. Minecraft and Mojang/Microsoft are not owned by CedarMC. CedarMC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

12.1. CedarMC will take reasonable steps to maintain secure and reliable services.

12.2. To the extent permitted by law, CedarMC is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary service interruptions, unauthorised third-party actions or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

12.4. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13.1. CedarMC may update these Terms to reflect changes to its services, operations or legal requirements.

13.2. Updated Terms will be published through an appropriate official CedarMC platform.

13.3. Continued use of CedarMC services following changes constitutes acceptance where legally appropriate.

13.4. Where a change requires customer agreement, CedarMC will seek that agreement rather than relying solely on continued use.
